For newsletter publishers

Made something worth opening?

Introduce your newsletter by email. Tell us what it covers, who it is for, and where a reader can preview the work.

ListJoin welcomes suggestions for independent newsletters with a clear editorial focus and a public publisher page. We use email rather than an online submission form, so you can share the essential context in your own words.

What to include

Start with your newsletter’s name, its official website or signup page, a short description, the main topics it covers, and the intended reader. Include its usual publishing rhythm and whether the newsletter is free, paid, or offers both options.

Please provide a link to an archive or a representative public issue. A public sample helps us understand the voice and the actual reading experience without asking you to share private subscriber information.

Keep reader data out of the submission

Do not send subscriber lists, email addresses belonging to your readers, account passwords, payment information, or analytics exports containing personal data. We do not need those details to understand a publication.

What happens next

A submission is a request for editorial consideration, not a purchase, a guaranteed listing, or a promise of audience growth. We may ask for clarification, suggest a more suitable description, or decide the publication is outside the directory’s current scope. No response time is guaranteed.

Before emailing, read the submission guidelines and the editorial policy. For an existing profile that needs a correction, use the subject “Listing correction” and include the profile URL.
