Editorial policy

Useful context. No invented popularity.

How ListJoin describes publications, organizes collections, and handles corrections.

Independent descriptions

ListJoin is an independent newsletter discovery directory. Publisher names identify the publications being discussed. A listing does not establish a partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement of ListJoin by the publisher. Profile text is an editorial description, not a publisher-authored testimonial.

We use official publisher pages as the starting point for details such as subject matter and stated publishing frequency. Descriptions are intentionally short. Readers should visit the destination website for current availability, subscription terms, payment information, and fuller context.

What editorial selection means

Featured cards and the reading radar are editorial starting points. They are not rankings based on traffic, subscriber counts, or conversion data. We do not measure how many readers subscribe after leaving ListJoin, and we do not present invented popularity statistics.

The page labeled Trending highlights topics and formats. It is explicitly not a live popularity chart. New Listings identifies additions to this directory edition, not the launch dates of the publications themselves. Categories overlap when a publication covers more than one topic.

Describing frequency and cost

A rhythm such as weekly or daily reflects the public information available when the listing was reviewed. It should not be treated as a guarantee of a particular delivery date. Where a reliable frequency is not clearly stated, the profile directs readers to the publisher rather than guessing.

Subscription prices and available editions can change. We direct readers to the publisher to confirm costs rather than turning this directory into a price comparison service. A free newsletter may also sit alongside paid products or paid access options.

Guides and authorship

The Bright Inbox contains original practical guides under the ListJoin Editorial byline. The guides focus on reading and publishing decisions, with a relevant source link in each article. They do not guarantee readership, revenue, deliverability, or any other outcome.

Examples should be understood as adaptable patterns, not representations of a particular publisher’s results. An article about signup copy or audience growth is not a certification of legal compliance for a business.

Corrections and updates

For an inaccurate description, broken link, or changed publisher detail, email ListJoin with the relevant profile and a supporting public source. We may revise or remove a listing as its information or fit changes. A suggestion does not guarantee a change or a specific response time.

The current site’s publisher links are direct destination links and contain no affiliate tracking parameters. Any future paid placement would need to be clearly identified rather than presented as an undisclosed editorial recommendation.
