Use the subject “Newsletter submission” and include the publication’s name, official website, a public issue or archive, its main topics, and the usual publishing frequency. The submission page provides a simple outline.

Report a listing correction

Include the ListJoin profile URL, the detail that appears incorrect, and a public publisher page that supports the change. Examples include a renamed publication, a broken official link, or an outdated frequency. Do not send private subscriber records or account credentials.

Flag a website or accessibility issue

Tell us which page you were using, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. For a display or keyboard issue, the browser, device, and approximate screen size can be useful. Share only the information you are comfortable emailing.

Questions about a subscription

ListJoin does not deliver the newsletters in the directory or manage their payments, subscriber accounts, or unsubscribe links. Contact the relevant publisher for subscription support. Their website and emails should identify the appropriate help route.

Keep the message focused

Please do not email passwords, payment details, sensitive personal records, subscriber lists, or attachments containing other people’s information. A public URL and a brief explanation are normally the right starting point for a directory question.
